What types of equestrian products do you sell?
We specialize in high-quality equestrian gear including:

Are your products suitable for competitive riding?
Absolutely! Many of our products like Charles Owen helmets and dressage boots meet competition standards. For competition gear, we recommend ordering at least 3 weeks in advance using our Standard Shipping option.

How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout by selecting “Create an Account” after entering your email address. This allows you to track orders, save your information for faster checkout, and view order history.

What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods tailored for equestrians:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD): Via DHL or FedEx, arrives in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Economy Shipping (orders over $50 USD): Via EMS, arrives in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide except to some Asian and remote regions. All international orders include calculated customs and import fees at checkout for complete transparency.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with:

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please contact our rider-support team at [email protected] to initiate a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
